Andrew is a world class brand strategist, having won two IPA effectiveness awards during his career. He led the strategic planning for Euro RSCG and developed Reckitt Benckiser’s innovation strategy.

James is a highly experienced brand and design expert, successfully contributing to the brand image and design language of globally recognized brands, including Burberry, All Nippon Airways, Golden Virginia, and Rolls-Royce.

Karen’s experience is vast and she has not only worked on big brands such as Dove, Ford, American Express, Nokia, Wella, Aspreys and Mars, but has contributed to the growth of small brands such as Physio-Sport, Galaxy and Hyatt Hotels.

She first became Art Director in 1983 at McCann Hamburg and has since been at Ogilvy, Grey, DDB and SelectNY.

Murray has held a number of Creative Director roles for networks such as JWT, BBDO, Saatchi and Draft FCB and also client-side as the in-house CD of the fashion chain TK Maxx.

He has won many awards including Advertising Effectiveness Golds and digital honours. A short-list of the accounts he has worked on include: BMW, Fosters, bmi, the National Lottery, First Direct, Peugeot, Standard Life, Sky, Hugo Boss, Olay, Toshiba, McDonald’s.
