Why you need a Better Shed

Forest Garden are the UK’s largest manufacturer and distributor of timber garden products (such as garden sheds) in the industry. They had recently changed the way they manufactured their shed range, introducing a number of new features and benefits.

The Brief

To encourage people to think about brand when considering a shed and to create a sense of ‘hidden benefits’ in the easy-to-build Modular Shed. This had to include producing collateral needed over multiple channels, ensuring the key USPs are communicated quickly and effectively to the end consumer.

Our Response

As well as giving each range of the ‘Better Shed’ its own identity, that enables potential customers to see the wood for the trees, we also looked at bringing the sheds to life, via decorative gardens, aspirational interiors and showing a more human quality, thus making them more appealing. All this was brought together by a new logo/maker’s mark – a stamp of quality – that make people believe this is a better shed.
