Today, as everyday life becomes increasingly dependent on such technology, Asurion keeps 280 million consumers’ lives up and running.

The Brief

Create a universal language, internal comms programme, that would motivate sales staff in multiple countries around the world.

The platform must incentivise and educate, resulting in improved attach rates and a more engaged sales team, beyond the top performers.

Our Insights

We aimed to identify frontline Agents and Team Managers using a simple universal comic book hero analogy. Adapting a tiered ‘SUPERHERO’ ranking, we created a reward system with multiple levels rewarding teams that demonstrated excellence in service and consistently achieved their goals, as well as individual recognition.

Gamification, posters and literature were created to also support agents’ knowledge of Virgin Media Protect (VMP).
